Details:
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below to 25 below zero
expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
northeast Illinois.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Information:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Details:
Strong northwest winds will develop late this evening and
overnight behind an arctic cold front, gusting up to 40 mph. In
addition, scattered wind-whipped snow showers will accompany this
front as it moves east across the region. The most robust snow
showers will result in localized sharply-reduced visibilities as
low as a half mile and quick additional snow accumulations of a
coating up to one inch.
